Unfortunately we <br /> Community Advocate <br /> John Cooley have been late filing for exemption on this property. The property was to be renovated <br /> Community Advocate <br /> Lydia Mason then converted to a rental property to be rented to families at or below 80%AMI. Though <br /> Piedmont Health <br /> Jackie Sharpe we are normally very timely when filing for exemptions,( this is such an important tool that <br /> Comm unity Advocate <br /> Baffle Webber allows non-profits to pass the subsidy on to the renter) during the transfer of the <br /> Community Advocate <br /> STAFF properties and the renovation, Mr. Perryp;assed. At the same.time, EmPOWERment lost <br /> Delores Bailey <br /> Executive Director their full time finance manager who is normally responsible for filing for exemptions. <br /> LaTanya Davis <br /> Property Manager These factors caused EmPOWERment to,be late filling for exemption status on this <br /> Sarita Nwachukwu <br /> Director of Community Programs property. We sincerely apology for this oversight.
