He said it is <br /> not as simple as looking at one facility at a time. <br /> Commissioner Price said the other area she has concerns with is that the type of home <br /> increases the fees; such as going from a single family detached to a multi-family home. <br /> Craig Benedict said renters do not pay impact fees. He said the fee falls on the owners <br /> of the building, and is usually spread over a period of time. <br /> Commissioner Price said her concern is that the fee is probably passed on to the renter <br /> in the form of higher rent. <br />
