He said this leads to the introduction of non-profits and the possibility of <br /> 11 earning the philanthropy of the business. He said Wegmans allows them to work together in a <br /> 12 partnership. <br /> 13 Commissioner Dorosin said one of the elements of these programs is that jobs will be <br /> 14 created, and creating jobs for Orange County residents is something he would like to <br /> 15 encourage with future businesses. <br /> 16 John Roberts said if the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) approves this, he <br /> 17 needs to add one sentence to the approval language when appropriate. <br /> 18 Chair McKee said the values that Orange County holds highly aligns with Wegmans' <br /> 19 corporate culture.
