He said it is hoped that this plan will <br /> 3 be available in November at the AOG. <br /> 4 Mayor Lavelle said her board often talks about the Greene Tract in reference to <br /> 5 affordable housing, food shopping, etc. She said it must be determined which jurisdiction will <br /> 6 take the lead in this process. <br /> 7 Chair McKee said he fears that this conversation will be never ending, and decisions <br /> 8 need to be made collaboratively with one entity taking this project and running with it. He said <br /> 9 this needs to be a mixed use and mixed revenue community. <br /> 10 Mayor Lavelle said this will be brought up at the AOG in November. <br /> 11 Alderman Slade said the community first process should be honored. <br /> 12 Alderman Seils agreed with Alderman Slade. He said if processes are not considered <br /> 13 about how to make decisions, then wheels will just keep spinning. <br /> 14 Chair McKee agreed and said the process needs to be defined and how they will get <br /> 15 there.
