Outline the major activities the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes <br /> below,by June 30,2016. <br /> • Staff and volunteers of the Food Pantry will distribute monthly grocery allotments of essential <br /> food items to eligible members; quantities are based on the number of people in the household <br /> • IFC's Kitchen Coordinator and 500+ community volunteers will serve 75,000 hot, nutritious <br /> meals during the program year <br /> • Some 400 homeless persons who lack a fixed, regular, and adequate nighttime residence will <br /> receive emergency/transitional shelter during the program year, as well as access to Case <br /> Management Services <br /> Anticipated Outcomes <br /> The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within Orange <br /> County, only (all Towns and municipalities).
