Animal Control Ordinance <br /> (b) A written report containing the information in subsection(a) of this section shall be <br /> delivered by the person collecting the animals to Animal Services within 24 hours of <br /> the surrender of the animal. <br /> (d) A record shall be kept of the disposition of every animal collected. <br /> (e) Every collector shall maintain a copy of all receipts and disposition records for one <br /> year. <br /> (Ord. of 6-16-1987, §XX(A)(3), eff. 1-1-1988) <br /> Sec. 4-100. - Quality assurance program. <br /> A quality assurance program to ensure adherence to this Division shall be carried <br /> out within the animal control division. <br /> (Ord. of 6-16-1987, §XX(B), eff. 1-1-1988) <br /> Sec. 4-101. -Application and enforcement of division. <br /> The Animal Services Director shall be responsible for the full and proper application of <br /> this division.
