Submit a statement from the manufacturer of the roof system bid stating that the roofing <br /> Contractor is an authorized applicator of the proposed roof system and, subject to the <br /> Owner's award of the construction contract, is authorized to install said system on this <br /> proj ect. <br /> B. Submit a copy of the licensed applicator agreement. <br /> C. If any membrane components are not packaged by the membrane manufacturer, submit a <br /> letter from the membrane manufacturer clearly identifying the component and <br /> acknowledging approval to use the component on the project. <br /> 1.07 Samples <br /> A. Samples shall be of the exact item proposed to be furnished. <br /> B. Unless otherwise specified two samples of each item shall be submitted. <br /> C. Whenever a choice of color is available for a specified product,accurate color charts shall be <br /> submitted to the Designer for review and selection. <br /> 1.08 Personnel <br /> A. Within seven days of the award of contract, submit the names of superintendent and <br /> foreman,or foremen,proposed for this project. <br /> B. Superintendent named shall remain on the project for its entire duration. Written request <br /> to the Owner shall be required prior to replacement of superintendent. <br /> C. If non-English speaking workmen are employed, the foreman and superintendent shall <br /> be fluent in their language and in English. <br /> D. Superintendent shall be present during any progression of work. <br /> 1.09 Manufacturer Training <br /> Within seven days of the date of Notice to Proceed, submit a letter from the membrane manufacturer <br /> listing the names of those Contractor personnel who will be working on this project and are trained <br /> and qualified to install the system. <br /> 1.10 Insurance Certificates <br /> Submit insurance certificate issued to Owner by Contractor's insurance carrier listing all coverage's <br /> as specified in the Owner's General and Supplementary Conditions. <br /> 1.11 Permits <br /> Provide building permits required by federal, state, or local entity for the construction or demolition <br /> work required during the progress of the Work.
