Within seven calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed, the successful Contractor(s) <br /> shall submit the required information to the Designer via electronic transmission. <br /> Acknowledgement of acceptance, approval or rejection will be transmitted via electronic <br /> transmission to the Contractor. <br /> B. Each transmitted item shall identify the project ID#, name and Contractor. Material <br /> submittals shall also identify the type and trade name of material, material manufacturer, <br /> intended use, and specification number. Deviations from contract documents shall be <br /> identified. <br /> C. Shop drawings shall be made accurately to a scale sufficiently large to show all pertinent <br /> aspects of the item. <br /> D. All submittals shall bear the contractor's stamp,date and signature acknowledging review for <br /> compliance with specifications. <br /> E. After Designer's review of material, revise and resubmit, as required, identifying changes <br /> made since previous submittal. <br /> F. Distribute copies of reviewed submittals as appropriate. Instruct parties to promptly <br /> report inability to comply with requirements. <br /> G. Submittals not requested shall not be recognized or processed. <br /> 1.03 Pre-Job Damage Survey <br /> A. Perform and submit a pre-job damage survey of rooftop equipment/features, building <br /> exterior, adjacent roof areas, adjacent site, pavements, and applicable building interior to <br /> document existing conditions prior to beginning work in accordance with Section <br /> 010100, Summary of Work. <br /> B. Submit one copy of the required documentation, in CD or DVD format, to include <br /> photographs of the survey and additional sketches or documentation as necessary to <br /> adequately describe the location of existing conditions and defects and to verify the date <br /> of the survey. <br /> 16-171 Submittals <br /> 013300.1 <br />
