Within seven days after receipt of Notice to Proceed the Contractor shall submit one <br /> reproducible and two prints of the construction schedule to the Designer. These documents <br /> shall be forwarded to the Designer via a carrier that will guarantee delivery on the next <br /> working day. <br /> B. On the first working day of each month the schedule shall be updated and two prints <br /> submitted to the Owner. <br /> PART 2 PRODUCTS <br /> 2.01 Diagram <br /> A. Graphically show the sequence and interdependence of all activities necessary to complete <br /> the Work and the order in which such activities are to be accomplished as planned by the <br /> Contractor and its project field supervisor in coordination with all subcontractors whose <br /> work is shown on the diagram. Activities shown on the diagram shall include, but are not <br /> necessarily limited to: <br /> 1. Submittals and approvals of shop drawings and samples <br /> 2. Procurement of equipment and materials <br /> 3. Project mobilization <br /> 4. Demolition/Preparation <br /> 5. Construction <br /> 6. Miscellaneous Work <br /> 7. Final clean up <br /> 8. Final inspection <br /> 9. All activities by the Owner which affect progress, required completion dates, or <br /> both,for all and each part of the work. <br /> B. The detail of information shall be such that duration times of activities shall normally range <br /> from one to thirty days. The selection and number of activities shall be subject to approval <br /> by the Owner. <br /> C. Mathematical Analysis: Tabulate each activity of detailed network diagrams, using <br /> calendar dates,and identify for each activity: <br /> 1. Preceding and following event numbers <br /> 2. Activity description <br /> 3. Estimated duration of activity,in maximum 30 day intervals <br /> 4. Earliest start date <br /> 5. Earliest finish date <br /> 6. Actual start date <br /> 7. Actual finish date <br /> 8. Latest start date <br /> 9. Latest finish date <br /> 10. Total and free float; accrue float time to Owner and to Owner's benefit <br /> 11.
