Total approximate area to receive new roofing—9,500 square feet: <br /> The work will include,but not necessarily be limited to the following: <br /> A. Removing and disposing of existing conventional multiple ply built-up roof system to <br /> include flashings and accessories down to the deck. <br /> B. Replacement of wood nailers,blocking, and trim. <br /> C. Repair of damaged areas of gypsum deck. <br /> D. Furnishing and installing new polymer modified bituminous membrane base sheet over <br /> gypsum deck. <br /> E. Furnishing and installing new polyisocyanurate board insulation to include 1.5" thick <br /> base layer and tapered material(1/8"per foot). <br /> F. Furnishing and installing new 2-ply polymer modified bituminous membrane roof system <br /> to include all related flashings and accessories. <br /> G. Furnishing and installing new sheet metal flashing and trim to include edging and <br /> miscellaneous trim. <br /> H. Furnishing and installing a roof hatch and wall-mounted ladder. <br /> I. Modification of curbs and penetrations to provide flashing height of eight inches above <br /> top of finished roof membrane. Modify curbs to properly fit equipment.
