In Subparagraph 14.2.2, in the first sentence delete the words "upon certification <br /> by the Architect that sufficient cause exists to justify such action" and insert in its <br /> stead the following language: "after consultation with the Architect". <br /> C. Subparagraph 14.4.1 "TERMINATION BY THE OWNER FOR CONVENIENCE" <br /> After the phrase"terminate the contract,", add the words"in whole or in part." <br /> D. Delete Subparagraph 14.4.3 in its entirety and substitute in instead the following new <br /> Subparagraph 14.4.3: <br /> 14.4.3 In case of such termination for the Owner's convenience, the Contractor shall be <br /> entitled to receive payment for Work executed, and costs incurred by reason of <br /> such termination, along with an equitable portion of the Contractor's fee based <br /> on the portion of the Work completed. <br /> SGC - 18 <br />
