Paragraph 7.3 "CONSTRUCTION CHANGE DIRECTIVES" <br /> 1. In Subparagraph 7.3.1, in the second sentence, following "deletions or other <br /> revisions",insert"or acceleration of the time for completing the Work," <br /> 2. Insert a new Clause 7.3.3.5 as follows: <br /> 7.3.3.5 The Contractor shall provide a breakdown of cost or credit for a change <br /> made in accordance with Clause 7.3.3.1. <br /> VII. MODIFICATIONS OF ARTICLE 8—TIME <br /> A. Paragraph 8.3 "DELAYS AND EXTENSIONS OF TIME" <br /> 1. Delete Subparagraph 8.3.1 in its entirety and in its stead the following new <br /> Subparagraph 8.3.1: <br /> 8.3.1 If the Contractor is delayed in the commencement, prosecution, or <br /> completion of the Work by the acts, omissions, neglect or default of the Owner, <br /> or of anyone employed by the Owner, or by any damage caused by fire or other <br /> casualty of by the combined action of workmen in no way chargeable to the <br /> Contractor, or by any extraordinary condition arising out of war or government <br /> regulations, or by any other cause beyond the Contractor's control, none of which <br /> is due to any fault,neglect, act or omission of the Contractor,then the Contractor <br /> shall be entitled to an extension of time, such extension to be for a period <br /> SGC -9 <br />
