These publications are hereby made a part of the <br /> Specifications as though repeated therein in full and all manufactured <br /> articles, materials and equipment shall be applied, installed, erected, <br /> connected, used, cleaned, and conditioned accordingly, unless <br /> specified to the contrary. If the manufacturer's specifications and <br /> other Contract Documents are at variance with one another,the more <br /> stringent or demanding requirement or specification shall govern the <br /> way the work is performed or installed. <br /> 14. All publications referred to for the establishment of material or <br /> construction standards shall include the latest revisions in effect on <br /> the date of the Contract Specifications. <br /> 3. Add new Subparagraphs 1.1.9, 1.1.10, and 1.1.11 as follows: <br /> 1.1.9 NUMBER OF SPECIFIED ITEMS REQUIRED. <br /> Wherever an article, device or piece of equipment is referred to in the singular <br /> number, such reference shall apply to as many such articles as are shown on the <br /> Contract Documents or required to complete the installation. <br /> 1.1.10 EQUIPMENT FURNISHED BY OTHERS. <br /> For all equipment furnished by others, to be installed by the Contractor, the <br /> Contractor shall use manufacturer's detail drawings to establish rough-in <br /> dimensions and location of services. In case of conflict, equipment detail <br /> drawings and dimensions shall be used, except where aesthetic or structural <br /> considerations make an adjustment necessary. <br /> See attached addendum for any other definitions and abbreviations required for a specific project, <br /> which are incorporated herein by reference. <br /> 1.1.11 ORDER OF INTERPRETATION. <br /> In the event of conflict or discrepancies in the Contract Documents, priority of <br /> interpretation shall be: <br /> 1. Owner-Contractor Agreement <br /> 2. Addenda(later date takes precedence) <br /> 3. Instructions to Bidders <br /> 4. Supplementary General Conditions <br /> 5. General Conditions <br /> 6. Specifications <br /> 7. Architectural drawings <br /> 8. For all drawings <br /> a. Schedules <br /> b. Notes <br /> c. Typical details <br /> d. Large scale details <br /> e. Small scale details <br /> B. Paragraph 1.2.1,the next to the last word, "indicated"is changed to"intended." <br /> C. Paragraph 1.5.1 is deleted and restated as follows: <br /> SGC-2 <br />
