The Manufacturer shall <br /> be on site throughout the day during the initial day of roof installation and a minimum of <br /> one full day each work week throughout the course of roof installation. A minimum of one <br /> full day shall be spent on site upon beginning of flashing installation. <br /> 1.05 Submittals <br /> A. Submittals shall be in accordance with this specification. <br /> B. Submit manufacturer's certification that materials and systems meet specification <br /> requirements including but not necessarily limited to Factory Mutual and Underwriters <br /> Laboratories. Minimum items to be submitted include polymer modified bituminous <br /> membrane roof system including all related flashings and accessories, cements and <br /> adhesives,and manufacturer's warranty indicating requirements noted herein. <br /> C. Submit the following: <br /> 1. Complete material list of all items proposed to be furnished and installed under this <br /> section. <br /> 2. Manufacturer's specifications and other data required to demonstrate compliance <br /> with specified requirements. <br /> 3. Manufacturer's recommended methods of installation. <br /> 4. Submit sample of roofing membrane to include field-fabricated seam, and <br /> accessories,with manufacturer's identification labels attached. <br /> 5. When approved by the Owner, the manufacturer's recommended methods of <br /> installation (unless superseded by the specification) will become the basis for <br /> inspecting and acceptation or rejection of the actual installation procedures used on <br /> this work. <br /> 6. Drawings shall include all necessary details. <br /> 1.06 Environmental Conditions <br /> Material installation shall proceed only when weather conditions are in compliance with the <br /> applicable manufacturer's recommendations for installation and no precipitation imminent. <br /> Materials installed during adverse weather conditions shall be subject to removal and <br /> replacement. <br /> 1.07 Warranty <br /> Warranties shall be in accordance with Section 017850,Warranties. <br /> 16-171 Polymer Modified Bituminous Membrane Roofing <br /> 075217-2 <br />
