Section 079200—Sealants& Caulking <br /> 1.03 Description of Work <br /> Provide Warranties to Owner with Close-Out documents for the sections noted in paragraph 1.02. <br /> 1.04 Upon completion of the work and prior to final payment, the Contractor shall submit the <br /> following items to the Designer: <br /> A. Copies of all punchlists to include materials' manufacturer's and Designer's punchlists, <br /> and documentation of completion. <br /> B. Manufacturer's report that the project has been inspected and is suitable for warranty. <br /> C. Manufacturer's special warranty to Owner. <br /> D. Contractor's warranty to Owner. <br /> 1.05 Submit all items required by this section as a part of Section 017839,Project Record Documents. <br /> 1.06 Install placards denoting roof and warranty infotrnation. Placards shall be provided by the Owner. <br /> Placards to be permanently mounted at all locations of egress to the roof. <br /> 1.07 Warranties <br /> A. Comply with the General Conditions and Supplemental Conditions of the Contract <br /> concerning warranties and bonds. The Contractor shall agree that the work covered <br /> under this contract shall remain free from any water penetration and physical defects <br /> caused by defective workmanship including installation for a period as noted below from <br /> the date of final acceptance by the Owner. <br /> 16-171 Warranties <br /> 017850.1 <br />
