Items to <br /> be noted include but are not necessarily limited to: <br /> A. Contract Documents <br /> B. Addendum <br /> C. Change Orders <br /> D. Field Orders and Instructions <br /> E. Construction Schedule <br /> F. Shop Drawings <br /> G. Product Samples <br /> H. Progress Reports <br /> 1.03 Quality Assurance <br /> A. Contractor shall delegate responsibility for maintenance of the record documents to one <br /> person on the Contractor's staff as approved by the Owner and Designer. <br /> B. All entries shall be made within 24 hours after receipt of information. <br /> 1.04 Submittals <br /> A. Secure Owner's and Designer's approval of the record documents as currently maintained <br /> prior to submitting each request for progress payment. <br /> B. Submit the final record documents to the Designer for approval prior to submitting a request <br /> for final payment. <br /> 1.05 Product Handling - Take all necessary precautions to protect record documents from deterioration, <br /> loss and damage until completion of the work and transfer of the recorded data to the final record <br /> documents. <br /> PART 2 PRODUCTS <br /> Contractor shall obtain one complete set of all contract documents. <br /> 16-171 Project Record Documents <br /> 017839.1 <br />
