All documents submitted to the Designer shall be signed by a person authorized to endorse <br /> contracts on behalf of the Contractor. <br /> B. All formats for documents shall be approved by the Designer. <br /> PART 2 PRODUCTS <br /> Not Used <br /> PART 3 EXECUTION <br /> 3.01 Substantial Completion <br /> A. Substantial completion—The Work has progressed to the point where, in the opinion of the <br /> Designer,it is sufficiently complete, in accordance with the Contract Documents, so that the <br /> Work can be utilized for the purposes for which it is intended. <br /> B. Submit written certification to the Designer when the project or designated portion of the <br /> project is substantially complete. A list of major items to be completed or corrected shall be <br /> stated. <br /> C. Owner and Designer shall make an inspection within ten days after receipt of certification. <br /> D. Should the Owner and Designer determine that the work is substantially complete, the <br /> Designer shall prepare and issue a certificate of substantial completion containing: <br /> 1.
