Outline the major activities the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes below,by June 30,2016. • Measurably improve student performance, engagement, and career readiness by connecting students with a knowledgeable and consistent network of elder mentors,providing trainings in history, writing, and social justice,and producing a cohesive portfolio of work that showcases student talent. • Sustain a fourth year of support for schools reached already,providing a consistent and versatile curricula that grows student knowledge and experience incrementally, and fully supports local history and social studies units. • Continue to increase student's engagement in Social Studies, History, and Literacy by incorporating 6 appropriate Common Core standards and skills into the design of grade level workshops, and setting clear learning objectives for students to work towards. Anticipated Outcomes The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within Orange County, only (all Towns and municipalities). If you use percentages, you must also provide the total number of participants within that measure's description or for an earlier performance measure. Performance Measures Anticipated Results Youth participants will show measureable increase in civic media skills and confidence in their 75 % voices. Strong audio production skills,radio journalism job training,increased confidence and social 15 Youth justice consciousness along with a deeper belief in the power of their own voices.
