Outline the major activities the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes <br /> below,by June 30,2016. <br /> • Measurably improve student performance, engagement, and career readiness by connecting students with a <br /> knowledgeable and consistent network of elder mentors,providing trainings in history, writing, and social <br /> justice,and producing a cohesive portfolio of work that showcases student talent. <br /> • Sustain a fourth year of support for schools reached already,providing a consistent and versatile curricula <br /> that grows student knowledge and experience incrementally, and fully supports local history and social <br /> studies units. <br /> • Continue to increase student's engagement in Social Studies, History, and Literacy by incorporating 6 <br /> appropriate Common Core standards and skills into the design of grade level workshops, and setting clear <br /> learning objectives for students to work towards. <br /> Anticipated Outcomes <br /> The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within Orange <br /> County, only (all Towns and municipalities).
