A site analysis conducte. by a registered engineer, land <br /> surveyor, landscape a hitect, architect or land planner <br /> and calculated using opographic maps from an actual <br /> survey or from the .S. "An Archaeological Survey o -ortions of Orange <br /> County, N.C."; <br /> d. A required environmental assess ent or environmental <br /> impact statement; and/or <br /> e.
