Recommendations of the <br /> reviewers may be incorporated as conditions of approval of the subdivision. <br /> (5) The Planning Director shall take action on an application solely on his/her <br /> findings as to compliance with applicable regulations and conditions and shall <br /> either: <br /> (a) Approve the application; or <br /> (b) Approve the application with conditions; or <br /> (c) Deny the application. <br /> (6) The Planning Director shall notify the applicant of the action in writing. <br /> (C) Action Subsequent to Approval <br /> 2 Although part of the Development Advisory Committee(DAC) meeting process, staff is modifying this list to <br /> include DEAPR so that we receive their comment(s)on any final plat application. <br /> Orange County, North Carolina—Unified Development Ordinance Page 2-46 <br />
