The change will not <br /> have an effect on the local management of Cablevision. <br /> The County Attorney has reviewed the documentation of <br /> the transfer/change and drafted the attached resolution <br /> for Board adoption. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : The Manager recommends that the Board adopt <br /> the resolution approving the transfer of Cable <br /> TV Franchise from Time Warner Entertainment <br /> Company, L.P. to Time Warner Entertainment <br /> Advance/Newhouse Partnership <br />
