~3' <br />Section 5. In addition, the Chapel Hill Carrboro City Schools Board of Education plans to <br />appropriate $500,000 from the District's fund balance in fiscal year 2006-07 to be <br />used to complete construction of Elementary #10 bringing the total cost of <br />Elementary #10 to $24,632,751. <br />Section 6. Planning and funding of Elementary #10 shall be in accordance with the Orange <br />County Board of County Commissioners adopted Policy on Planning and Funding <br />School Capital Commissioner Foushee is hereby designated to serve as the <br />Board's liaison with CHCCS as project plans develop. <br />Section 7. This ordinance is effective June 27; 2006 and will remain in effect through June 30, <br />2008, unless sooner amended or closed out. <br />Adopted this 24th day of April, 2007. <br />
