MBWA will be a standard <br /> means of communication. <br /> 3.7.1 Problems overcome <br /> Public relations in general and contact with the media is often <br /> reactive rather than proactive. <br /> In spite of numerous efforts and publications in place, the <br /> predominant form of communications re. policies, news, etc. is <br /> the memo. A large number of memos often inundate the <br /> schools and departments and there is little real tie to a formal <br /> PR strategy. This has proven to be inadequate in terms of <br /> internal communications. <br /> Finally, and perhaps most importantly, there is little personal <br /> contact between central school administration and staff <br /> throughout the system <br /> 3.8 Food Services <br /> We believe that a careful analysis will show the feasibility of <br /> contracting food services to an outside agency. If this study <br /> supports that conclusion, we fully. support the initiative.
