A head custodian will provide daily <br /> supervision over the custodial staff, provide monitoring of work and <br /> initial evaluation of custodial personal. The principal's office is <br /> responsible for the overall management of the custodial staff and <br /> metrics will include overall performance of custodians, turnover, <br /> problem management, etc. <br /> 3.5.1 Problems overcome. <br /> The department is gradually implementing ACT/1000 <br /> maintenance software system. The system should reduce the <br /> inconsistent manner in which work orders are currently <br /> handled. It gives equal weight to all work orders in spite <br /> of the vast difference in the range of complexity that work <br /> orders normally have. Different measures of performance <br /> must be developed to focus on categories of work performed. <br /> 13 <br />
