2 <br /> THE ORANGE COUNTY HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION <br /> RULES OF PRACTICES AND PROCEDURES <br /> SECTION 12 . AMENDMENTS <br /> Based upon its experience in the administration of the <br /> Ordinance, the Orange County Human Relations Commission may request <br /> revisions, amendments or repeal of these rules as they deem <br /> necessary to the Orange County Board of Commissioners . <br /> The Orange County Board of Commissioners shall have the <br /> authority to pass upon any revisions, amendments or requests to <br /> repeal any of these rules proposed by the Orange County Human <br /> Relations Commission. Furthermore, the Orange County Board of <br /> Commissioners shall have the authority, upon their own motion, to <br /> revise, amend or repeal these rules as they deem necessary. <br /> Any revision, amendment or repeal of these rules shall effect <br /> only complaints filed after the date of enactment of said revision, <br /> amendment or repeal. <br />
