At that time, the Board asked that a <br /> Section 12 be created to include the current language dealing <br /> with amendments, and also add authority for the Board to <br /> initiate future Amendments. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : The Manager recommends that the Board <br /> approve Section 12 . Amendments of the Policies and <br /> Procedures for the Orange County Civil Rights Ordinance. <br />
