Applicable <br /> comments have been incorporated into the <br /> Resolution of Approval. <br /> The Planning Staff recommends approval of the <br /> Preliminary Plan for Fox Hill Farm Phase One <br /> Section C subject to the conditions contained in <br /> the Resolution of Approval (copy an attachment <br /> to these minutes on pages ) . <br /> Burklin asked when the Board would see the <br /> overall plan for Fox Hill Farm. Kirk responded <br /> the overall plan will be presented with the next <br /> concept plan. Burklin continued that it is very <br /> difficult to determine how one phase relates to <br /> the other, particularly regarding the streets . <br /> Barrows asked about the impact letter. Kirk <br /> responded that it addresses question C 7 on the <br /> application which is: <br /> If the subdivision contains 10 lots or more the <br /> following information shall be submitted with the <br /> application: <br /> a. Number of years to buildout . <br /> b. Number of houses to be built during each year <br /> to buildout. <br /> c. Average price of houses including lots for <br /> each year to buildout . <br /> MOTION: Burklin moved approval as recommended by the <br /> Planning Staff. Seconded by Hoecke. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> (2 ) Black Walnut Farm <br /> (24 Lots - Eno Township) <br /> Presentation by Eddie Kirk. <br /> The property is located on the east side of <br /> Baldwin Road (SR 1554 ) at the intersection of <br /> Baldwin and St. Mary's Road (SR 1002 ) in Eno <br /> Township. It is zoned Agricultural Residential <br /> and designated Agricultural Residential in the <br /> Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan. <br />
