Public roads are proposed to serve <br /> the subdivision. <br /> The Planning Board approved the Concept Plan for Fox <br /> Hill Farm Phase One Section C on July 18 , 1994 subject <br /> to the following conditions: <br /> 1. All lots shall receive access from the internal <br /> roads instead of Miller Road. <br /> 2 . As a condition of preliminary plan approval and <br /> included in the -Resolution of Approval, a proposed <br /> general plan of the overall development shall be <br /> submitted with the concept plan of the next phase. <br /> To the extent that a reasonable estimate of the <br /> information can be obtained, this plan should <br /> indicate an overall parcel boundary of the area to <br /> be developed, approximate acreage and density in <br /> each phase, and estimate of time period for each <br /> phase, and the location of collector roads in the <br /> development. <br /> On November 21, 1994 the Planning Board unanimously <br /> recommended approval of the Preliminary Plan for Fox <br /> Hill Farm Phase One Section C subject to the conditions <br /> contained in the attached Resolution of Approval. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the <br /> Preliminary Plan for Fox Hill Farm Phase One Section C <br /> subject to the conditions contained in the attached <br /> Resolution of Approval. <br />
