Three-page Agreement with the <br /> UNC-School of Dentistry TELEPHONE NUMBER: <br /> Hillsborough - 732-8181 <br /> Chapel Hill - 968-4501 <br /> Mebane - 227-2031 <br /> Durham - 688-7331 <br /> PURPOSE: <br /> For the Health department to contract with the UNC-School of Dentistry, <br /> Department of Dental Ecology, for the services of a dental resident to <br /> provide dental services in the Health Department. <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> This contract is a renewal of an agreement that has extended for many <br /> years. Through the collaborative relationship between the Health <br /> Department and the Dental School, Orange County provides very <br /> economical and high quality dental services to its citizens who are <br /> unable to afford private care. The terms of the contract are virtually <br /> unchanged from previous documents. <br /> The costs of the contract were planned and are included in the approved <br /> budget for the Dental Pro The contract is submitted late because we <br /> asked the University to obtain their signatures first. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : The Manager recommends the Board of Commissioners <br /> approve the renewal of the contract and authorize <br /> the Chair to sign. <br />
