STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br /> COUNTY OF WAKE <br /> AMENDMENT III <br /> CONTRACT#0887 <br /> This agreement amends the contract between the North Carolina Department of Human Resources, <br /> Division of Child Development,hereinafter referred to as the "Division" and the Orange County <br /> Health Department,hereinafter referred to as the"Contractor". This Amendment is hereby <br /> effective on October 1, 1994. <br /> As provided for under the terms of this contract,the Division and the Contractor agree to amend <br /> the following provisions: <br /> 1. Reference Part IX.
