This funding was a part of a <br /> comprehensive package designed to address the causes and <br /> consequences of juvenile crime. Orange County' s portion was <br /> $57 ,458 . <br /> In fall 1994 , the Board approved the recommendation of the <br /> Youth Services Needs Task Force to fund the following programs: <br /> A) Volunteers for Youth, Inc. <br /> B) Volunteer Families for Children ! <br /> \ <br /> C) Dispute Settlement (VORP) `, I�' <br /> D) Camp Pegasus <br /> total allocation for these programs was $3i $ I <br /> remaining $20, 000 was held in reserve for the ( + i <br /> Office to be used toward the Youth. and Family <br /> Coordination Function. <br /> In October 1994 , the Youth Services Needs Task Force <br /> approved that the distribution of this $20,000 be as follows: <br />
