Thereupon, the Board of Commissioners determined to proceed with the proposed financing of such project and to approve such proposed Installment Purchase Agreement and related documents substantially in the form presented, subject to review and approval by the North Carolina Local Government Commission, the County Attorney and the County's Bond Counsel. The Board of Commissioners also then determined to acquire the site of such project from the Chapel Hill - Carrboro Board of Education to facilitate the financing and to accept a General Warranty Deed from the Chapel Hill - Carrboro Board of Education for the site. Thereupon, the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners announced that the public hearing was closed. I, Beverly A.
