The County Manager and the County Attorney then described the <br /> project as currently proposed and presented and described a draft <br /> of an Installment Purchase Agreement and related documents between <br /> NationsBank of North Carolina, N.A. and the County which the County <br /> had selected pursuant to a request for proposals and which <br /> constituted such proposed installment payment agreement. <br /> The County Manager and the County Attorney also then described <br /> the site of such project, as more particularly described in a <br /> November 17, 1994 resolution of the Chapel Hill - Carrboro Board of <br /> Education which was presented, and the need for the County to <br /> acquire such site from the Chapel Hill - Carrboro City Schools to <br /> facilitate such financing. <br /> The Chairman of the Board of Commissioners then announced that <br /> the Board of Commissioners would immediately hear anyone who might <br /> wish to be heard on such matters. <br /> No one appeared, either in person or by attorney, to be heard <br /> on such matter and no written statement relating to such matter had <br /> been received. <br /> 2 <br />
