3 <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CONCERNING A P tOPOSED INSTALLMENT PAYMENT AGREEMENT <br /> OF THE COUNTY OF ORANGE, NORTH CAROLINA <br /> TO FINANCE A NEW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL FOR THE CHAPEL HILL <br /> CARRBORO CITY SCHOOLS AND THE ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY <br /> ! FOR SUCH FINANCING. <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held at <br /> 7:30 P.M. on December 5, 1994, in the Old Orange County <br /> Courthouse in Hillsborough, North Carolina, for the purpose of <br /> considering whether the Board of Commissioners for the County of <br /> Orange, North Carolina should approve a proposed installment <br /> payment agreement andcerttain related documents under which the <br /> County would obtain financing of the acquisition, construction <br /> and equipping of a project consisting of a new elementary school <br /> for the Chapel Hill i Carrboro City Schools on a site adjacent <br /> to the site of McDougle Middle School, including parking areas, <br /> sidewalks and other appurtenant facilities, landscaping and other <br /> related site work. <br /> Under the proposed installment payment agreement and related <br /> documents the County Would secure the repayment by it of moneys <br /> advanced pursuant to such installment payment agreement by <br /> granting a security iikterest in such project and certain related <br /> property, including to site of such project. <br /> At such public hearing the Board of Commissioners will also <br /> consider whether the bounty should acquire the site of such <br /> project from the Chapel Hill - Carrboro City Schools to <br /> facilitate such finan' in <br /> � g• <br /> Beverly A.
