7 <br /> ARTICLE VI <br /> Except as otherwise specified, all notices to be given with <br /> respect to this Contract shall be in writing. All notices <br /> and other written documents specified in this Contract shall <br /> be sent by certified mail, postage prepaid, and return <br /> receipt requested, to the chief administrative officer of the <br /> party at his/her usual business address, or may be personally <br /> served by the party or its agent upon the aforesaid chief <br /> administrative officer at the aforesaid address . <br /> ARTICLE VII <br /> The Board waives all claims against the County for damages to <br /> the school building, school library materials, equipment or <br /> furnishings regardless of whether such damages are caused by <br /> the negligence of officers, agents, or employees of the <br /> County or by any other cause whatsoever. The County waives <br /> all claims against the Board for damages to the general <br /> library materials, equipment or furnishings regardless of <br /> whether such damages are caused by the negligence of <br /> officers, agents, or employees of the Board or by any other <br /> cause whatsoever. <br /> ARTICLE VIII <br /> The failure of any party to insist on a strict performance of <br /> any of the terms and conditions contained in this Contract <br /> shall be deemed a waiver of the rights and remedies that the <br /> party may have regarding that specific instance only, and <br /> shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or <br /> default in any terms or conditions. <br />
