(919)962-1225 <br /> MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING REGARDING COLLABORATIVE <br /> PROJECT BETWEEN <br /> ORANGE COUNTY GOVERNMENT <br /> OFFICE OF COUNTY MANAGER <br /> AND <br /> THE SCHOOL OF SOCIAL WORK FOUNDATION, INC. <br /> UNC-CHAPEL HILL <br /> The School of Social Work Foundation will utilize the expertise of <br /> School faculty and staff, in conjunction with the Orange County Manager's <br /> office, to engage key family and children services stakeholders of Orange <br /> County in a process of consensus-building and decision-making concerning <br /> an appropriate community-empowered definition of, structure for, and <br /> agreed-upon protocol for collaboration. The project will include linkages <br /> with, and contribution to, the County's effort to develop a comprehensive <br /> information and referral system, and a community human service <br /> information system. <br /> The total cost for the project will be $25,000, half ($12,000)of which <br /> will be needed at the beginning of the project with the remaining needed in <br /> two equal installments of $6000 on February 1, 1995 and May 1, 1995. <br /> Attached is a listing of project outcomes with approximate dates for <br /> completion. <br /> Checks are to be made payable to the School of Social Work <br /> Foundation. <br /> Orange County Board of Commissioners <br /> Chair Date <br /> President, Sc : . of Social or.
