Mr Schmid and other N & 0 representatives plan to attend <br /> tonight' s meeting to express their disagreement with the staff <br /> proposal. Accordingly, that item will need to be removed from the <br /> consent agenda. <br /> Attached is a one page summary of the N & O's outlook on the proposed <br /> policy. I don't think our differences with the N & 0 are that great - <br /> the staff concurs with the viewpoint that public records should be <br /> available to the public at the actual cost of reproducing them. The <br /> difference probably lies in the meaning of "actual cost of <br /> reproducing" .
