6 <br /> New Courthouse Renovations Project <br /> Capital Project Ordinance <br /> Project Number 51-419 <br /> Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section '13.2 of <br /> Chapter'159 of the General Statutes of Vorth Carolina,the following capital project is adopted. <br /> Section '1. The project authorized is for the construction of a new courtroom and renovations <br /> including roof replacement, exterior painting, ceiling tile replacement in the Superior <br /> Courtroom at the Vew Courthouse in lillsborough. The project will be financed with <br /> proceeds from the County's portion of the one-half cent sales taxes. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the <br /> budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Transfer from County Campus Parking Project(199495) $3 5,000 <br /> Transfer from Facilities Improvements Project(1994-95) 110,000 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1994-95) 5,000 <br /> Transfer from Handicapped Accessibility Project(199495) 20,000 <br /> Transfer from Roof Replacement Project(1994-95) 50,000 <br /> Transfer from Solid Waste Convenience Centers Project(199495) 180,000 <br /> Transfer from Whitted Human Services Center Project(199495) 30,000 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1995-96) 120.000 <br /> Total Revenue $550,000 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> New Courthouse Renovations Capital Project $550,000 <br /> Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous ■ew Courthouse Renovations Capital Project <br /> Ordinances. <br /> Section 6.
