5 <br /> Piney Mountain Subdivision Wastewater System <br /> Capital Project Ordinance <br /> Project Number 51-90.3 <br /> Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section '13.2 of <br /> Chapter'159 of the General Statutes of Voith Carolina,the following capital project is adopted. <br /> Section '1. The project authorized is for the construction of a wastewater treatment system for the <br /> Piney Mountain subdivision. This project will be financed by a grant from the Voith <br /> Carolina Environmental Management Commission and monies from the subdivision <br /> homeowners. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the <br /> budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Intergovernmental $88,500 <br /> Homeowner Contributions 348.850 • <br /> Total Revenues $437,350 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Piney Mountain Wastewater Treatment System $437,350 <br /> • Section 5.
