The "Executive Session" is now called "Closed Session" <br /> and the reasons for going into a "Closed Session" must be more specific. <br /> The 20 permitted subjects for going into an "Executive Session" were <br /> replaced with nine subjects for which "Closed Sessions" are permitted. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : Receive as information <br />
