Explanation of Services to be provided and to whom (include SIS Service Code): <br /> The Contractor will provide American Sign Language interpretation and Transliteration <br /> services to the County. Contractor is required to meet all goals and outcomes listed in <br /> Attachment N. <br /> C. Rate per unit of Service (define the unit): <br /> 1. If Standard Fixed Rate, Maximum Allowable, (See Rates for Services Chart) <br /> 2. Negotiated County Rate. <br /> Standard Rate of services shall be paid at rate of$40.00 per/hour for services <br /> performed Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. —6:00 p.m. <br /> Non-Standard Rate of services shall be paid at a rate of$ 60.00 for per/hour for <br /> services performed from Monday—Friday 6:00 p.m. —8:00 a.m., weekends and <br /> holidays. <br /> The County shall pay for a minimum of two hours of service for each <br /> appointment.
