Lessee will also provide <br />project plans and specifications, a copy of a fixed price <br />Purchase Contract. <br />PROPOSAL ACCEPTANCE: Lessee shall have until noon on March 20t", 2007 to accept <br />. this proposal subject to final County Board approval and LGC's <br />approval by executing and returning this proposal via facsimile <br />to the Lessor, and close this transaction by June 30, 2007; <br />otherwise Lessor's proposal shall become null and void unless <br />extended in writing by Lessor. <br />This proposal is subject to final credit approval by the Credit/Investment Committee. of <br />SunTrust Leasing Corporation and approval of mutually acceptable lease documents. To <br />render a credit decision, the Lessee shall timely provide Lessor with the information requested <br />above.
