My concern is this might <br /> 43 prevent economic development for a wet lab or something like that where there's actually a demand. <br /> 44 <br /> 45 Perdita Holtz: I did not show this specifically to Steve but things wet labs and pharmaceutical fall under entirely <br /> 46 different categories. I do not have any concerns with things being removed these are not uses we had envisioned for <br /> 47 the economic development district. But the way that the district was done by NAICS code, it made the tables much <br /> 48 longer to start listing all of the subcategories. I should tell you that how we're doing the whole overhaul of the tables <br /> 49 of permitted uses that Michael talked about last month, the Attorney's Office is strongly feeling that we should go to <br /> 50 using the NAICS Code throughout all of the tables. And it has to do with having all of your prohibited uses listed in <br /> 51 your table so that everybody knows that it's listed, there are no stars, it's prohibited. We've done some initial cutting <br /> 52 and pasting and it's about a 70 page long table of permitted uses. So it's pretty significant. But it looks to be the <br /> 53 direction we're moving in. <br /> 54 <br />
