PUBLIC HEARING <br /> ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> PROPOSED 30 MILLION BOND ISSUE <br /> The Orange County Board of Commissioners will hold a public <br /> hearing for the purpose of receiving citizen comments on a <br /> proposed 30 million dollar bond issue. The proposed bond <br /> issue may include the following: <br /> 1. Chapel Hill/Carrboro Schools capital needs <br /> 2. Orange County Schools capital needs <br /> 3. Construction of or improvement to public buildings <br /> 4. Water resource development <br /> 5. Recreation capital needs. <br /> The meeting will be held on July 5, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. in <br /> Superior Courtroom, New County Courthouse, 106 E. Margaret <br /> Lane, Hillsborough, North Carolina. Your comments may be <br /> made in person or in writing. If you would like your name <br /> placed on the list to speak, please call Beverly Blythe, <br /> Clerk to the Board at 732- 8181, 968-4501, 227-2031 and 688- <br /> 7331. All written comments must be received in the Clerk's <br /> Office by 5:00 p.m. on July 5. Address written comments to <br /> Shirley E. Marshall, Chair, Orange County. Board - -of - <br /> Commissioners, P.O.
