Evidence of Community Support For Project: <br /> Attach a letter from the chief elected official or chief administrative official of <br /> the community, or other evidence of local support for the proposed project. <br /> 2. Certifications: <br /> The applicant certifies that: <br /> • a. It is applying to the Agency for Energy Conservation and Housing Rehabili- <br /> tation Incentive Program(the"Program)funds in the amount of <br /> $ 200,000 for the purpose of providing energy conservation improve- <br /> ments to lower-income housing. - <br /> b. It possesses the legal authority to apply for and receive the Program funds <br /> and the person signing this application has the proper authority. <br /> c. It is currently under no administrative restrictions from federal, state or <br /> local sources. <br /> d. By executing this Application Form,it agrees that the Agency may conduct <br /> its own independent review of the information herein and the attachments, <br /> and may verify information from any source. <br /> e. It believes the project can be implemented and completed,as described in the <br /> • Application Form. <br /> f.. It agrees that, for the purpose of establishing the terms under which the <br /> Program funding is made,the Agency may require changes in the ix;forma- <br /> r. contained herein or in materials now, or hereafter, submitted. <br /> • g.
