The COUNTY will make prompt payments to the <br /> CONTRACTOR, within thirty (30) days of formal <br /> acceptance by the COUNTY of all deliverable items; <br /> and upon receipt of a dated invoice from the <br /> CONTRACTOR showing a description of the work done <br /> for each separate amount being claimed. <br /> INDEMNIFICATION: <br /> 1. The CONTRACTOR shall save harmless the COUNTY and <br /> its representatives from all suits, actions or <br /> claims of any kind brought as a result of any <br /> injuries or damages sustained by any person or <br /> property in consequence of any act or omission by <br /> the CONTRACTOR or its employees or agents, or from <br /> any claims or amounts due arising or recovered <br /> under the state's Worker's Compensation laws.
