Housing <br /> Rehabilitation Incentive Program application to the North Carolina Housing <br /> Finance Agency and authorize the Chair to sign the application on behalf of the <br /> Board. <br /> 4. ITEMS FOR DECISION-REGULAR AGENDA <br /> 1. Assignment of House and Building Numbers - Rural Route 15 - DELETED <br /> 2. Proposed Subdivision Regulations Text Amendments <br /> (A copy of the Text Amendments is in the permanent agenda file and is <br /> included in the Subdivision Regulations) <br /> Planning Director Marvin Collins presented for Board consideration <br /> proposed amendments to Section IV-B-5 and Section II of the Orange County <br /> Subdivision Regulations. Section IV-B-5 of the Subdivision Regulations is <br /> proposed to be amended by adding additional wording to address the incorporation <br /> of provisions for flag lots in a subdivision lot layout. The County Attorney has <br /> recommended that the "intent" subsection of the proposed. Section fl-B-5 be <br /> deleted in its entirety. The Planning Board and the Administration recommends <br /> approval with the deletion as recommended by the County Attorney. <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Carey, seconded by Commissioner Halkiotis <br /> to approve the Planning Board and Administrations recommendation. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br /> 3. Proposed Zoning Ordinance Text Amendments (Article 9 - Signs) <br /> The presentation was made by Marvin Collins. It is proposed that Article <br /> 9.5 be amended to include the following sentence after the first <br /> • sentence: <br /> "Any sign authorized by this ordinance may contain noncommercial <br /> copy in lieu of any other copy." <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Halkiotis, seconded by Commissioner Carey <br /> to approve the Zoning Ordinance Text Amendments to Article 9 - Signs as <br /> recommended by the Planning Board and the Administration. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br /> 4. Proposed Zoning Ordinance Text Amendments (Article 6 Application of <br /> Dimensional Requirements) (Article 22 - Definitions) <br /> (A copy of the proposed Zoning Ordinance Text Amendments is in the <br /> permanent agenda file in the Ordinance) <br />
