The only public comment made <br /> at that time centered on development at the <br /> boundaries of Eno River State Park. A list of the <br /> differences, between the existing Plan and the 1988 <br /> Draft Plan are included on pages of these <br /> minutes. <br /> One substantive change has been made to the draft <br /> since the conclusion of the public hearing, <br /> designation of the portion of the Little River <br /> watershed in Eno Township as a water supply <br /> watershed. This has been done to make the Plan <br /> consistent with earlier staff recommendations to <br /> designate all drinking water supply watersheds in <br /> Orange County as such, regardless of whether or <br /> not they directly serve Orange County residents. <br /> The Planning Staff recommends approval of the <br /> amended text and map and incorporation into <br /> Section 3.10 of the Land Use Element of the Orange <br /> County Comprehensive Plan. <br /> Staff also recommends that the Planning Board send <br /> to the Board of Commissioners the Proposed <br /> Resolution of Adoption (attached on page of <br /> these minutes). The resolution is pursuant to <br /> Section 2.2.13 of the Orange County Zoning <br /> Ordinance (Comprehensive Plan Adoption) . <br /> The Board of Commissioners will consider the <br /> proposal for decision on July 5, 1988. <br /> Yuhasz expressed concern that the area designated <br /> Agricultural-Residential adjacent to the Brigadoon <br /> Subdivision should be designated Rural- <br /> Residential. Torgan responded that the area is <br /> left as agricultural-residential in order not to <br /> encircle Duke Power property and the old power <br />
