No public comment was made at <br /> that time. <br /> Three changes have been made to the draft since <br /> the conclusion of the public hearing. The first <br /> is the designation of the portion of the Little <br /> River watershed in Hillsborough Township as a <br /> water supply watershed. This has been done to <br /> make the Plan consistent with earlier staff <br /> recommendations to designate all drinking water <br /> supply watersheds in Orange Count as such, <br /> regardless of whether or not they directly serve <br /> Orange County residents. The second change is the <br /> inclusion of approximately nine acres adjacent to <br /> Highland Woods subdivision in Ten Year Transition. <br /> The third change is alter the boundary of the <br /> Upper Eno watershed to the ease, reflecting more <br /> accurate topographic data. <br /> The Planning Staff recommends approval of the <br /> amended text and map and incorporation into <br /> Section 3.9 of the Land Use Element of the Orange <br /> County Comprehensive Plan. <br /> Staff also recommends that the Planning Board <br /> send to the Board of Commissioners a proposed <br /> Resolution of Adoption (attached on page of <br /> these minutes) .
