PROCEDURE <br /> 1. Land-use planning decisions and ordinances . . affecting parcels of <br /> - land adjacent to any district . . shall take into account the existence <br /> of such district and the purposes of the agricultural district law. <br /> 2. No local government agency may exercise . . any of its powers to enact <br /> local laws or ordinances within an agricultural district . . in a man- <br /> ner which unreasonably restrict or regulate farm structures or forestry <br /> farming practices . . unless such restrictions or regulations bear a <br /> direct relationship to the public health and safety. <br /> 3. The county will not rezone nor allow subdivision of land adjacent to <br /> or within 1000 feet of a voluntary agricultural district to residen- <br /> tial or non-farm industrial, without the consent of the majority of <br /> participants of the affected voluntary agricultural district(s). <br /> 4. The county shall not spend monies to convert land to non-farm uses in <br /> voluntary agricultural districts. <br /> Section XI - FRIVOLOUS NUISANCE SUITS <br /> A.
